• Odds offered are significantly different from true market value due to a system error

TT888 reserves the right to void bets, withhold payouts, or close accounts where fraud, match fixing, the use of bot software, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems is suspected. All betting outcomes are final once the official result of a match or game has been declared.

• Account suspension requested by legal authorities

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the TT888 support team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days once all pending bets are settled and KYC verification is complete.

TT888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or income due to service disruption
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their password
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes resulting from a member's own judgement
• Internet disruptions or technical issues on the part of the member's telecommunications service provider

TT888's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being submitted.
